二、学生基本情况分析:
本届七年级新生和以往初一学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱,由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视,他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练,连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期努力,年段学生的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。

视听法:是一种重要的外语教学法,强调听说先于读写,在课堂教学中只使用第二外语。思考到学生有了必须的语言基础,所以采用了视听法。
交际法:即在真实的语言环境中,透过学生的相互交流,学习新知识。针对学生乐于进行同伴交流的特点,采用了此方法。
全身反映法:心理研究证明,再多种感官被刺激的状况下,获得知识更牢固,记忆更深刻。透过游戏歌曲,让学生自然而然的进入英语学习中。设计不一样的教学任务,进行分层次教学,使不一样层次的学生透过亲身体验、实践参与合作的方式,得到不一样层次的语言训练和提高。

在英语的教学过程中,学习的环境是十分重要的。除了教室要整洁、优美之外,教师要营造一个简单而又愉快的学习环境,教师以平等、诚挚、友善的态度对待每一位学生,有助于培养学生的自尊心。教师全面关心学生,不仅仅仅关心他们的智力发展,并且还关心他们的思想道德和生活习惯,将有助于学生的全面的发展,良好的师生关系能使教师了解学生,发现他们的特点,促进学生身心健康的发展。对学生来说,他们就会主动接近教师,拥有自我表现的冲动和欲望。也缩短了教师与学生之间的距离,使整个课堂的学习气氛浓烈。在学习my family 这课时,我在导入部分则用了歌曲“boy and girl”。让学生一开始就对学习产生兴趣,没有压抑感,自然而然学起来就简单很多了。
二、反思学生
教师就像是导演,而学生就是演员。一部电影是否能成功上演,演员是最重要的成分之一。我们的教学工作也是如此,学生的地位是不可忽视的。在教学工作中,教师要及时反思自我的教态、导入方式等形式,学生是否能理解。同时所运用的教学方法学生是否喜欢,这些都是要及时思考的问题。在教学结束后,反思学生是否用心的参与学习过程?学生的知识和潜力有没有发展?而要做到这一点,教师有必要经常走近学生,不断与学生沟通,这样才能使课堂构成富有情趣的、精彩纷程的教学过程。所以说,一堂课的成功于否不在于自我设计的有多么的精彩,同时还取决于学生对知识的认识和掌握程度。就是因为这样,我们更加要反思我们的学生。培养自我和学生的情感,多多了解他们的生活。这才能上好一堂满分的课。

从教育心理学的角度看,学习过程中影响学习效果的最大因素之一是学习者的情感控制。近几十年来,人们越来越意识到在英语学习过程中,学习者的情感因素,包括动机和态度等对英语学习的效果乃至成败起到相当大的作用。如何将素质教育理论引入外语教学是当前外语教学战线的一大课题。英语学习成功的因素中,除了智力因素外,更重要的是那些非智力因素的作用。
教学反思二、初中英语教师应有文化意识
在中学英语的教学中,因为课文的简单易懂,所含的信息量少的缘故,很多中学英语教师忽视了文化对语言的影响,而导致了一些语言情景的不真实,和虚假的语言的产生。
跨文化交际意识的培养,是英语教学的一个重要组成部分。词汇是文化信息的主要浓缩。对英语词汇的准确理解,和对语言环境的认识和创设和把握,需要对文化的比较深刻的理解。外族文化知识的获得,主要是透过对该族文化历史的研究和学习,透过对该族语言文学作品的研读,透过对该族文化生活习惯、生活方式的了解。而读原版英语经典著作的学习,是到达这三条的捷径。

二、学生基本情况分析:
本届七年级新生和以往初一学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱,由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视,他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练,连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期努力,年段学生的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。
