1、《小朋友的书·数学》
2、每组带不一样颜色的水果,如:绿色的、紫色的、橙色的`、红色的、黄色的等
一、每组幼儿介绍自己带来的水果。
师:(1)你带来的说过是什么?它是什么样的?
(2)哪些水果是你从来没见过的?是什么样的?
(此环节目的是拓展幼儿对水果的认识,因此教师要引导幼儿详细描述新认识的水果,教师可以通过提问,引导幼儿从外形、颜色、气味等方面进行讲述。)
二、猜猜这些水果的里面是什么颜色的?为什么?
猜测是为了让幼儿成生认知冲突,幼儿一般会从水果的表皮颜色来推测果肉的颜色,这将充分体现幼儿的原有经验喝人知对象的冲突,从而产生探究果肉颜色的愿望。
三、教师逐一切开验证,分别放在各组桌面上。
师:看看他们的果肉是什么颜色的?。你猜对了吗?
(让幼儿的原有经验喝新经验碰撞,不管幼儿的猜测是正确,还是错误,都有利于让幼儿在头脑中建构新的经验)
四、幼儿品尝水果。
师:你品尝了哪些水果?味道怎么样?
(教师要注重从水果的味道、果肉(如软硬)、果核、水分等方面进行引导,让幼儿在品尝的过程中感知不同水果的特征)
本活动让幼儿在看、听、说、尝等多种感官形式的驱动下进行学习。
水果是小朋友熟悉并且喜欢的食物,水果不但营养丰富,而且颜色、形状和味道等也多种多样。让幼儿在充分的体验中学习认识水果,整个活动很受幼儿的欢迎。但是同时,幼儿在活动中的积极性被调动起来了,活动的秩序也存在了一定的不稳定性。在这个活动的进行中,我也出现了这个问题。
另外,这个活动让幼儿猜猜果肉的颜色、味道,让幼儿尝尝水果,这些环节都要保育老师的密切配合,活动中教师应出示一个水果,请幼儿介绍完之后,让他们对果肉进行猜测,之后就该切开水果看看里面的果肉,然后尝尝味道。但是考虑到幼儿尝水果和教学环节相交叉的形式可能使幼儿注意力分散,很难控制教学活动的纪律。因此请了一位幼儿上来尝,之后告诉幼儿什么味道,幼儿猜对了吗?整个活动介绍结束后再请幼儿集体尝不同的水果。但是这个环节可能和刚才的猜味道环节又衔接不够连贯,难以调动幼儿的回忆。
