今天,我说课的内容是八年级下册第八单元《健康地生活》这一主题。在我校接受现代化建设复查中,市督导听了这节课,并给予了好评。
我说课的主要流程:有三方面(教材分析、教学法分析、教学过程设计)
本单元在教材中的地位和作用:健康地生活是课标中的十大主题之一。本单元三章内容是会考中的重点考查部分,同时让学生学会健康地生活,更是我们义务教育的重要目标和职责。
教学目标部分,因为大家都比较熟悉:我不再赘述。
有8项
根据在实际授课中遇到的情况与学生学情,我将复习难点设置了3项,在后面的教学环节中用不同形式一一突破。
我校是一所区级重点校,我的教学实践表明:轻松愉快的教学方式更能收到较好的教学效果;灵活多样的学习形式更能激起学生主动学习的欲望。学生通过前面的学习,知识方面有了一定的基础,单一的做题讲题式的复习课会让学生们倍感乏味。他们不会因为这节课所复习知识点特别重要而自觉的参与其中,所以充分调动学生的复习积极性是上好复习课的关键所在。
根据学情设计出下面的教学方法。
1、指导思想:帮助学生把学过的知识系统化,掌握重点知识,解决平时在教和学中遗留下来的问题或缺陷,通过复习巩固、加深、扩展学生所学的生物学知识和生物学技能。

教学过程设计:有5个环节
课前准备
(1)学案:三部分:一张四节内容的知识网络图表,两张不同难度的检测题
(2)学生活动:有一个给flash画面配音的学生活动事先让学生简单准备

1、内容:将本单元分四个模块(即本单元的四节内容)
2、形式:每一模块主要采用
竞赛展示、师生活动、表达交流、知识梳理等复习形式。
我把学生分成了南北两队,赛一赛在整节课中的表现,引入了竞争机制,大大调动了学生的学习热情。
下面我主要以第一模块的复习为例说说这四种形式的运用。
(模块一:传染病及预防)
(导入)首先,恰当地导入把学生引入到情境之中。
(竞赛展示的解说)下面竞赛展示:我选了6道题,复习了3个重点。其中病原体和传染源的区别是难点,采用学生讨论的形式,请同学们想一想,用什么方法能将这两个概念加以区分。经过讨论,有的同学说:“病原体是传染病的罪魁祸首,传染源是患了病的人或动物,它们先倒了霉,可能还会引发更多人或动物倒霉”。学生用通俗的语言化解了知识上的难点。
(师生活动和表达交流的解说)对于重点知识传染病流行的三个环节及预防措施的复习,我采用了学生活动的形式,我设置了一个在公共汽车传染病传播的情境,我选了一排同学假设是一辆装满乘客的公共汽车,第一位的同学就是司机,这时上来一个得了重度流感的人,他不断咳嗽、打喷嚏。他在车厢里寻找座位,到处走来走去。不久,车上的不少人,也出现了类似情况。(这里事先跟学生讲明我们忽略了该病的潜伏期)。车到站了,第一排的司机同学用天津话即兴说了一句:“你们这些年轻人体质可真差啊,可得注意锻炼了”把全班同学都逗乐了。紧接着,在学生的这种热情之下,对应着刚才的情境。我们共同复习了传染病流行的三个环节,在学生畅所欲言的表达交流中,我们总结出预防常见传染病的三个措施。
(知识梳理的解说)复习完这一模块的重点知识,紧接着进行知识的梳理,学生手里的学案也有相应的知识网络,让学生在网络中勾画出薄弱知识点,便于课后跟进复习。同时引导学生在复习中注重知识的系统归纳,这是一种学习方法的渗透。 然后进行这一单元的梳理,我启发学生我们把生命看成一棵大树,拥有健康方面的知识,这棵生命之树叶繁叶茂,然后师生共同总结本节的重点知识,为这棵大树添枝加叶。
在后面的三个模块中每一模块都是采用:竞赛展示、师生活动、表达交流、知识梳理的形式进行复习的。
学生们在竞赛展示中竞相答题复习了重点知识,在小组讨论中迸射出智慧的火花,解决了难点问题。此环节,有竞争有合作。
在每一模块的师生活动中,都使课堂气氛达到高潮。在免疫与计划免疫这一模块,因为人体的三道防线比较抽象。我先在幻灯中呈现了课本中学生熟悉的四张图片,我说,我能让他们动起来。这时,学生的注意力全集中过来。紧接着我说不过要请两名同学鼎立相助。在同学们的期待中,我播放了屏蔽了声音的flash动画,请事先做好准备的两名同学给动画配音。非常的精彩,诙谐的语言,形象的动画,抽象的知识变得妙趣横生。(整节课的所有学生活动只有这个是事先准备的。)在用药与急救模块,达到课堂气氛高潮的是表达交流环节,说一说你和家人在用药时有没有错误的经历。同学们积极发言,我也给大家讲了一个发生在我们家的真实的例子,我们孩子姥爷曾经错把退烧药当止咳药精心给孩子喂了两天的故事,这些真实的例子,听得孩子们瞠目结舌。一个个让人啼笑皆非的小故事,却那么的发人深省。安全用药的重要性已不言而喻。紧接着我拿出药盒,请同学们说说怎样安全用药,要注意什么?这样,结合学生们的体验,水到渠成的复习了重点知识。在最后了解自己,增进健康这一模块,为了让学生意识到吸烟酗酒等不良生活方式的危害,我播放了一段吸烟有害健康的flash动画,借助多媒体收到了很好的感染效果。又请了一位同学模仿了醉酒人的丑态,同学们笑得前仰后合。我抓住时机,请同学们讨论交流吸烟和酗酒的危害。
每一次师生活动,表达交流环节,学生情绪都异常高涨,而接下来的知识梳理环节又把学生的思维回归到理性的思考。整节课的课堂气氛在老师的调控设计下,有起有伏,有张有弛。四个模块的复习完成,在师生的共同努力下,幻灯中也呈现出一棵完整的知识树。
以上是知识巩固环节。课堂反馈环节必不可少,我准备了两套题,检测一,学生独立完成后,同学互判,同伴互助,解决疑难,不能解决的,教师释疑。检测二做完上交,由教师来评价,以便掌握更具体详实的学生情况,及时调整教学策略。
最后是教学小结:在一棵繁茂的知识树的幻灯背景下,我启发学生能不能用一句话说说这节课你的收获。有的同学说:“我性格内向,害怕与人交往,我一定要克服自己的这个缺点,让自己更加健康。”还有的同学深情的说:“看来,神马都是浮云,唯有健康最重要啊!”虽然同学们的表述角度不同,但是我能清楚地意识到情感态度价值观目标已经落实完成。
这节课,并没有就此结束,在距离下课还有1分半钟的时间,我说请同学们欣赏一下自己的作品。同学们又一次充满了好奇。我把在讲授新课时收上来的,学生制作的宣扬健康生活手抄报作品挑选了一些,配上音乐,做成幻灯,播放出来。所有人沉浸在一种美的享受中。当有的同学看到自己的作品在幻灯中出现,眼里闪现出熠熠光芒。同时,我也深受感染,我感受到了生物教学之美。

我所执教的是水平三(五年级)《沙瓶投掷》一课,主要的教学内容是沙瓶掷远和沙瓶炸碉堡游戏。通过沙瓶掷远练习,能有效发展学生的投掷能力和协调能力。发展投掷能力在一、二、三年级通过游戏和竞赛有所体现,但是学生只有浅显的认识,因此,本节课一方面通过自制器材——沙瓶掷远,巩固学生的正确动作要领,另外通过沙瓶炸碉堡游戏进一步发展学生的投准技术。
五年级的学生活泼好动,对事物充满好奇且善于思考,喜欢新颖的、有一定难度的、多人获集体参与的活动,有较强的的表现欲望,注意力不太稳定。其身体基本活动能力在一、二、三年级通过沙包教学初步得到锻炼,有一定的投掷技术基础,但多是模仿,对技术要领还未形成较正确的理解。
1、掌握掷远和投准的基本技术和技能。
2、发展速度、耐力、灵敏等运动素质和肌肉力量、肌肉耐力等素质。
3、培养学生积极进取、主动参与、团结协作的运动态度。增强自尊与自信。
为充分体现学生的主体地位,在教法中采取了教师引导为主指导为辅。学法中注重学生自主探究能力的培养,以小组合作方式参与本课学习。
针对学生实际情况,以及本课教材内容特点,贯彻启发诱导、循序渐进的原则我将本课设计四个环节,开始部分、准备部分、基本部分、结束部分。
在课堂教学中,学生的注意力是保证听好课的首要条件,所以教学中教师应在学生集合后情绪尚未稳定、注意力尚未集中前,运用适当的手段或方法使学生的注意力尽快集中到对体育知识、技能的学习上来。
准备部分有两个环节,一是饶摆好的沙瓶正方形进行热身跑;二是师生共同进入沙瓶操热身操。在轻松、愉快、活跃的氛围中,提高兴奋点。充分做好准备活动为下面的环节做好准备。
为了营造快乐活跃的课堂气氛,让学生在愉快的心情下进行学习,我在复习投掷沙包技术动作的基础上进行情景教学,把沙瓶看做手榴弹进行投掷,并8米10米12米远的距离进行投远练习,在他们玩的过程中,我会把技术动作逐步渗透给学生,大大提高学生的学习积极性,首先我把学生分成4个小组,每个小组都到指定的场地进行练习,当他们创编的时候,我就到各个小组巡视,看一看他们创编的玩法参与到学生中来,与他们一起玩。并加以指导,引导学生可以七个人或八个人一起玩,来培养学生团结协作的能力。然后当我吹哨时以小组为单位集合小组进行展示自己创编的成果,对于展示自己创编玩法的同学,我要给予表扬,然后让同学们来评价,哪一种玩法好、新颖,对于好的玩法,集体进行练习。在这一环节中,让学生在玩中学,给他们充分的活动空间,想象空间,挖掘他们的创造能力。
通过上一环节创编选出好的玩法进行比赛,通过比赛培养学生合作精神,让他们积极参与,并享受到成功的喜悦,
跟着教师一起互动放松,如两人间放松手臂,纵队拍前一人的肩背等等。从而达到恢复学生生理和心理状态的目的,同时渗透美育,陶冶情操。
本节课的优点:
1、整个教学过程集中和分散相结合,以启发引导为主,充分发挥了教师的主导作用。
2、利用哨子、口号和风趣的语言帮助学生学习,充分把学生的兴趣调动起来。
不足:
1、在上课前应让学生做一些沙瓶的游戏,避免课堂上学生拿到沙瓶后过于兴奋。
2、投掷沙包的练习在一、二年级的教学中都有接触,所以学生对原地肩上投沙包的动作已经有了较深的印象,投掷手榴弹的讲解过细,完全没有必要进行这么细致的讲解,教师可以做一两次示范来代替讲解,在练习中重点就这个一下错误动作,应精讲多练即可。
