由于我带的小组实施速度比较快，我带队负责了公司三个合同额最大的项目，总计合同额约占公司全年营业额的30%。

xx年x月，我被一个朋友推荐到xx公司担任项目经理。在工作的两年时间里，我最大的成就是，我成功解决了两个已经实施了一年半之久的烂尾项目。其中一个已经验收完毕，给公司收回了15万元的软件款。

我个人的体会是，软件实施人员一定要“以柔克刚”，对待客户的态度要“柔”，但是对一些不合理的客户化要求要“刚”，否则项目实施起来就没完没了，公司根本就赚不到钱了。
